I am curious to find out what blog system you happen to be utilizing? I'm experiencing some small security problems with my latest blog and I would like to find something more safe. Do you have any recommendations?

A few e-mails down and I was out the door to run over to the pool for early morning masters. My normal mojo just wasn’t there, on the run and as I started to warm up in the pool I was sluggish.
Oh man...Have I been there...and only wish I had know more of the signs like you saw. Instead it took absolute failure to realize it. It took a review of some of my training logs to realize it. And it luckily took a second view of some video I took during the training year to realize it. Overtraining is so easy to do, and get lost in. Good for you that you were able to recognize it sooner rather than later.

I think we can all recall at least once, if not more, the times we should have just stayed in bed and not trained.

Thanks Craig for sharing your own experiences...I think sometimes we as your athletes look up to you as superman...but hey, superman slept too, right?

Tomorrow's another day.
